Thumb enum Null safety

Identifier for a thumb.

There are 2 thumbs in a RangeSlider, start and end.

For TextDirection.ltr, the start thumb is the left-most thumb and the end thumb is the right-most thumb. For TextDirection.rtl the start thumb is the right-most thumb, and the end thumb is the left-most thumb.
