LayoutId class Null safety

Metadata for identifying children in a CustomMultiChildLayout.

The MultiChildLayoutDelegate.hasChild, MultiChildLayoutDelegate.layoutChild, and MultiChildLayoutDelegate.positionChild methods use these identifiers.
